How to use
- Drag and drop the image you want to watermark, or click to select it.
- Enter your watermark text and choose a position (bottom-right, center, tiled repeat, and more).
- Adjust how prominent it looks with the opacity and font-size sliders.
- Check the preview, then save the watermarked image with 'Download PNG'.
FAQ
- Is the photo I upload sent to a server?
- No. Everything, from loading the image to compositing the watermark and downloading, happens entirely within your browser (on canvas). No file is ever transmitted to or stored on a server.
- Can I repeat the watermark across the entire photo?
- Yes. Select 'Tiled repeat' as the position and the text is laid densely across the whole photo in a diagonal pattern. It's hard to crop out, which makes it effective for protecting product images or design drafts.
- Can I use a transparent (PNG) logo as the watermark?
- This tool is for text watermarks only. Inserting a logo image isn't supported, but you can freely add a brand name or copyright notice with your choice of color and opacity.
