How to use
- On the 'Anagram Checker' tab, type your first and second text into their respective boxes.
- The result area tells you immediately whether the two texts are anagrams.
- Switch to the 'Find in Word List' tab and enter a base word plus a list of candidates, one per line.
- Every anagram matching your base word is listed automatically, and the copy button grabs the results in one click.
FAQ
- Does it care about spaces or capitalization?
- No. Spaces and punctuation are ignored and everything is lowercased before comparison, so multi-word phrases like 'rail safety' and 'fairy tales' are correctly identified as anagrams.
- Can I compare text that includes numbers?
- Yes. Digits are included in the comparison alongside letters, so you can check anagrams in text that mixes numbers and characters.
- Are the words I enter sent anywhere?
- No. Every calculation runs inside your browser, with nothing transmitted to a server.
