🔒 Everything runs 100% in your browser. Your files and input are never uploaded to any server.

Click the color box to pick a color or type a HEX value directly, and this color picker instantly calculates and displays the RGB, HSL, and HSV values side by side. On supported browsers, the on-screen eyedropper (EyeDropper) button lets you click anywhere on your screen to grab that exact color.

How to use

  1. Click the color box to pick a color, or enter a HEX value (e.g., #3B82F6) in the field below.
  2. The HEX, RGB, HSL, and HSV values are calculated and displayed in real time.
  3. On supported browsers such as Chrome or Edge, click 'Pick Screen Color' to grab any color on your screen.
  4. Use the copy button next to each value to copy your preferred format to the clipboard.

FAQ

How do HSL and HSV differ?
Both use hue (H) and saturation (S), but HSL uses Lightness to express distance from white and black, while HSV uses Value to express pure brightness. Since design tools use different notations, we provide both formats.
I don't see the eyedropper button.
The button only appears when your browser supports the EyeDropper API. It works in recent versions of Chrome and Edge; on Safari or older browsers, enter the HEX value directly instead.
Are the colors I pick or the values I enter sent to a server?
No. Color selection, conversion, and picking all happen entirely within your browser, and no values are ever transmitted to or stored on any server.
