Eisenhower Matrix To-Do Organizer
Sort your tasks into four quadrants by urgency and importance
The Eisenhower Matrix is a prioritization tool that sorts everything on your plate along two axes — importance and urgency — and places each task into one of four quadrants: Do, Plan, Delegate, or Delete. When your workload is piling up and you have no idea what to tackle first, you can add and remove tasks freely, tick them off with checkboxes, and see your priorities at a glance. Everything you type stays in your browser and is never sent to a server.

How to use
- Type your task into the input box at the bottom of the page.
- Check the "Important" and "Urgent" boxes as they apply to that task.
- Click "Add task to matrix" to drop a card into the matching quadrant.
- Tick the checkbox on tasks you finish, and use the × button to delete anything you no longer need.
FAQ
- Does the tool save my task list?
- No — this is a scratchpad-style tool that resets when you refresh the page. Your data lives only in browser memory and is never stored on a server.
- Where do I put something important but not urgent?
- That belongs in Quadrant 2 (Plan). Use it for things like skill building or long-term projects — work that isn't screaming for attention today but pays off if you chip away at it consistently.
- Where should tasks that are neither urgent nor important go?
- They belong in Quadrant 4 (Delete). This is the spot for low-value habits like mindless social media checks — feel free to cut them or push them aside without guilt.
