- Does it work in every browser?
- AVIF encoding is supported in the latest browsers such as Chrome and Edge. In unsupported browsers you'll see a notice that conversion isn't possible, so please use a Chrome-based browser in that case.
- What quality percentage is appropriate?
- AVIF is so efficient that even a 40–60% range shows almost no visible loss. For web images, we recommend adjusting within this range.
- Is my image uploaded to a server?
- No. Encoding happens entirely in your browser, and neither the original nor the result is sent to a server.
