🔒 Everything runs 100% in your browser. Your files and input are never uploaded to any server.

Paste an array of JSON objects and this tool converts it into an Excel (.xlsx) file that uses the field names as headers. You can set the sheet name and file name yourself, and arrays of plain values are converted into a table as well.

How to use

  1. Paste a JSON array into the input box. (e.g., [{ "name": "John Doe", "age": 30 }])
  2. If needed, set the sheet name and file name.
  3. Check the number of data rows and columns, then click 'Download Excel (.xlsx)' to save.

FAQ

What JSON shape should I use?
The best fit is an array of { columnName: value } objects, where the keys become column titles. Arrays of plain values (an array of arrays) are also converted into a table.
Are there restrictions on the sheet name?
Per Excel rules, sheet names are limited to 31 characters and can't contain \ / ? * [ ] :, which are removed automatically. If left blank, it's saved as Sheet1.
Is my file sent to a server?
No. The JSON you enter and the Excel file that's generated are never sent to or stored on a server; the conversion happens entirely within your browser.
