Open Graph Preview & Meta Tag Checker

See how your link will look when shared on social, Slack, or messaging apps — and catch missing tags

Preview the card people will see when your link gets shared on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Slack, or messengers like KakaoTalk (the dominant chat app in Korea). Enter a URL and the tool reads the page's Open Graph tags — og:title, og:description, og:image and friends — renders a card preview, and flags anything that's missing.

FAQ

I fixed my tags, but the old card still shows up when I share.
Every platform caches its scrapes. Clear the cache for that URL in the platform's own debugger — Facebook's Sharing Debugger, LinkedIn's Post Inspector, or Kakao's Developers debugger for KakaoTalk. This tool always reads the page's live tags, so what you see here can differ from a stale cached card.
What size should og:image be?
1200×630 (a 1.91:1 ratio) is the standard. The image URL must be an absolute https address — relative paths and plain http links often break the card.
What happens if og:title is missing?
Most platforms fall back to the page's <title> tag. But without og:description and og:image, the card renders bare — no blurb, no picture — and bare cards get noticeably fewer clicks.
