How to use
- Drag and drop or click to load the photo you want to turn into a sketch.
- Choose your style: 'Pencil sketch', 'Colored pencil', or 'Line drawing'.
- Use the slider to adjust the pencil's softness (smudge) or the line sensitivity.
- Check the result and save it with 'Download PNG'.
FAQ
- Is my photo sent to a server?
- No. The sketch conversion is computed pixel by pixel inside your browser, and both the original and the result never leave your device. No photo is ever uploaded to or stored on a server.
- How do the three styles differ?
- 'Pencil sketch' is a black-and-white pencil drawing, 'Colored pencil' keeps the original colors faintly for a colored-pencil feel, and 'Line drawing' extracts only the outlines as line art. Pick one for your purpose and adjust the strength with the slider.
- Can large photos be converted too?
- Yes. For processing speed, though, if the longer side exceeds 2000px it's automatically scaled down within that limit before converting. If you need the full original resolution, it's best to treat the result as a reference.
