FAQ
- How is the total cost of each option calculated?
- For a lease, it's the monthly lease payment times the term, plus the vehicle tax and insurance for the length of the contract. For a long-term rental, it's simply the all-inclusive monthly payment times the term, since tax and insurance are already bundled in.
- Does it explain the license plate difference?
- Yes. The tool notes that long-term rental cars in Korea carry special plates (ha, heo, ho), while operating lease vehicles use standard plates.
- Are the amounts I enter saved or transmitted?
- No. Everything is calculated inside your browser and nothing is stored or sent to a server.
