🔒 Everything runs 100% in your browser. Your files and input are never uploaded to any server.
Enter your name, title, company, contact details, and social links, and this tool instantly creates an HTML email signature you can paste straight into Gmail and Outlook. Adjust the accent color and fields while watching a live preview, and copy it all at once with formatting intact.
How to use
- Enter the info you want to display — name, title, company, phone, email, website, and so on.
- Add the social links you need (LinkedIn, GitHub, X, etc.) and set an accent color.
- Check the preview, then click 'Copy with formatting' and paste it into the Gmail/Outlook signature settings.
- If your mail client doesn't support it, use 'Copy HTML source' to paste the code directly.
FAQ
- How do I add it to Gmail and Outlook?
- After 'Copy with formatting', paste it into Gmail under Settings → General → Signature, or into the signature editor in Outlook (desktop). On browsers where formatted copy doesn't work, insert the code via 'Copy HTML source'.
- Why isn't my profile image showing?
- The image must be a publicly available URL to show in recipients' email. A file path that only exists on your PC won't appear on other people's screens, so use the address of an image uploaded to the web.
- Is the information I enter sent to a server?
- No. Generating and copying the signature all happen entirely inside your browser, and none of the info you enter — name, contact details, etc. — is ever sent to or stored on a server.
