🔒 Everything runs 100% in your browser. Your files and input are never uploaded to any server.

Enter supplier and customer details along with line items, quantities, unit prices, and tax rate, and it automatically calculates the subtotal, VAT, and total to produce a clean invoice or quote. The finished document opens in a new window in A4 format, ready to print or keep as a file via 'Save as PDF'.

How to use

  1. In the top tabs, choose Invoice or Quote.
  2. Enter the document number, issue date, currency, and the supplier and customer details.
  3. Add line items with quantity and unit price, and the amounts, subtotal, VAT, and total are calculated automatically.
  4. Click 'Print / Save as PDF' and, in the print dialog, choose 'Save as PDF' as the destination.

FAQ

How are VAT and discounts calculated?
The discount is subtracted from the subtotal (the sum of line-item amounts) to get the taxable base, which is multiplied by your entered tax rate (10% by default) for the VAT; the total shows the taxable base plus VAT. Changing the currency also switches the currency symbol and decimal notation.
How do I save as PDF?
Clicking 'Print' opens the document fitted to A4 in a new window. In the print dialog, choose 'Save as PDF' instead of a printer to save it as a file. If the new window doesn't open, check that pop-ups are allowed in your browser.
Is the transaction detail I enter sent to a server?
No. All calculations and document generation happen entirely inside your browser, and no information — clients, amounts, etc. — is ever sent to or stored on a server. Tax amounts are auto-calculated from your inputs for reference only and may differ from actual tax filings.
