FAQ

Are daylight saving times (DST) automatically adjusted?
The coordinator uses standard timezone offsets for clarity. Please adjust for local 1-hour DST changes during the final scheduling.
What if none of the recommended slots keep every activated city within working hours?
When the time difference between participating cities is extreme (8-12 hours or more), everyone's working hours simply may not overlap, leaving the recommended-slots list empty. In that case, the tool also surfaces "next-best" slots where one side has to accept an early morning or late evening call — the common practice is to discuss it with participants and rotate who takes the inconvenient time each meeting.
