FAQ
- The per-person amount comes out a bit higher than the total.
- That's because it rounds up to the rounding unit you chose (e.g., 100). The extra is shown in the 'Leftover' item, which the organizer can keep or use for the next gathering. Set the rounding unit to 1 to get the exact split amount.
- How are tips and service charges factored in?
- The tip % you enter is added to the total payment and then divided by the number of people. If there's no tip, just leave it at 0.
- Is the amount I enter sent to a server?
- No. All calculations happen entirely within your browser, and no amounts are ever sent to or stored on a server.
