How to use
- Enter your word list in the input box, one entry per line, using the format 'term : definition'.
- Click 'Create Cards' to render your study deck on the right.
- Click any card to flip it with a 3D animation and reveal the definition on the back.
- Check off the cards you've got down, then filter to just the ones left or shuffle the deck to study more efficiently.
FAQ
- Can I save a word list and come back to it later?
- Yes. Decks are stored permanently in your browser's LocalStorage under whatever name you give them, and you can reload any of them with one click.
- Does the separator have to be a colon?
- No. A hyphen (-), an equals sign (=), or a tab character all work just as well as a colon (:) for splitting the term from the definition.
- After shuffling the deck to study, can I get the cards back in the order I originally typed them?
- Yes. Shuffling only rearranges the display order — it never touches your original data — so hitting the reset (or regenerate) button restores the deck to the exact order you first entered it in.
