- One kgf·m is the torque produced when the force of 1 kg under standard gravity (9.80665 m/s²) acts one meter from the axis, so it converts to about 9.80665 N·m. Going the other way, 1 N·m is roughly 0.10197 kgf·m.
- What's the difference between lb·ft and lb·in?
- Both use the same pound-force unit, but the lever-arm length differs: lb·ft is measured over a 1-foot (12-inch) arm, while lb·in uses a 1-inch arm, so 1 lb·ft equals 12 lb·in.
