- Is my file sent to a server?
- No. Personal details you enter—name, phone, email, and so on—are converted to a QR entirely within your browser and are never sent to or stored on a server.
- What vCard format is used?
- It's generated in the widely compatible vCard 3.0 standard. Scanning it with the default camera on an iPhone or Android brings up the add-contact screen immediately.
- Can too much information make the QR unreadable?
- If your input is excessively long, the QR pattern becomes dense and harder to scan. In that case, we recommend increasing the size or keeping only the essential details.
