FAQ
- Why do Nike and Adidas shoe sizes differ?
- Each brand uses their own unique foot molds (lasts). Nike models often run tighter and narrower, whereas Adidas shoes generally provide a wider, more relaxed fit. We highlight these differences in our sizing reports.
- What chest widths are these clothing sizes based on?
- The data is derived from the official sizing guides of Zara, Uniqlo, and H&M. Note that Zara sizing can run slightly larger than Uniqlo, whereas H&M has a slimmer cut.
- Does this guide's sizing apply equally to men's and women's products?
- The shoe measurements and clothing chest-width figures in this guide are based on each brand's standard general line (often unisex or men's-oriented). Women's-specific lines from the same brand frequently use a different last (shoe mold) or fit design, so there can be some deviation from these numbers. Treat this guide as a rough reference for women's items and, where possible, also check the product page's dedicated women's size chart.
