FAQ

Why do Nike and Adidas shoe sizes differ?
Each brand uses their own unique foot molds (lasts). Nike models often run tighter and narrower, whereas Adidas shoes generally provide a wider, more relaxed fit. We highlight these differences in our sizing reports.
What chest widths are these clothing sizes based on?
The data is derived from the official sizing guides of Zara, Uniqlo, and H&M. Note that Zara sizing can run slightly larger than Uniqlo, whereas H&M has a slimmer cut.
Does this guide's sizing apply equally to men's and women's products?
The shoe measurements and clothing chest-width figures in this guide are based on each brand's standard general line (often unisex or men's-oriented). Women's-specific lines from the same brand frequently use a different last (shoe mold) or fit design, so there can be some deviation from these numbers. Treat this guide as a rough reference for women's items and, where possible, also check the product page's dedicated women's size chart.
