Line Break Remover & Text Rewrapper
Strip line breaks, swap them for spaces, or insert new ones at a set character or word count
Clean up messy text formatting by removing every line break and joining everything into one line — replacing breaks with a space, comma, or any separator you choose — or rewrap a paragraph by inserting breaks evenly after a set number of characters or words. Useful for pasted PDFs, emails with hard wraps, and copy that needs a specific column width.

How to use
- Paste your text into the input box.
- Pick a mode: remove all line breaks, double the line breaks, break every N characters, or break every N words.
- Adjust the separator or the length slider until the layout looks the way you want.
FAQ
- Won't removing line breaks jam my words together?
- No. By default a single space is inserted wherever each line break was, so words stay separated instead of running into each other.
- Does breaking by character count cut words in half?
- Only if you want it to. Turn on the word-wrap option and the tool respects your character limit while pushing any word that would be split onto the next line.
- Are line breaks in bulleted or numbered lists handled the same way?
- Yes — lines starting with a hyphen or a number are processed under the same rules as regular paragraphs. If you want to keep your list formatting intact, choose a mode other than 'remove all line breaks.'
