How to use

FAQ
- Is my file sent to a server?
- No. Rotating and flipping are handled entirely in your browser via WebAssembly, so your video is never uploaded or stored. The first run may be briefly slow while the conversion engine (about 30MB) downloads.
- Does it actually rotate the video, not just change the metadata?
- Yes. The pixels themselves are rotated or flipped and the video is re-encoded, so it always appears in the correct orientation no matter which player you open it in.
- Why is the result always an MP4?
- After rotating or flipping, the video is saved as H.264 MP4 so it plays reliably on virtually any device or platform. If you need a different format, run the result through the 'Video Converter' tool next.
