How to use

FAQ
- Does it accurately subtract partial days like quarter-days or hours?
- Yes. A half-day is 0.5, a quarter-day is 0.25, and a 1-hour leave is 0.125. They are all calculated and subtracted dynamically.
- Is the result still accurate if my company grants leave all at once based on the fiscal year rather than my hire date?
- By default, this tool calculates leave based on years of service from your hire date. If your company instead grants annual leave in a lump sum on a fiscal-year basis (e.g., every January 1st), the actual number can differ from what's shown here. In that case, we recommend entering the exact figure from your company's HR system into the carry-over field at the top to correct the calculation.
