FAQ

How is the calorie estimate calculated?
It uses each exercise's MET (metabolic equivalent) value multiplied by your weight and duration, following the formula MET × 3.5 × weight(kg) × time(min) × 0.005. This is an estimate — actual calorie burn varies with fitness level, intensity, and conditions.
My exercise isn't on the list, what should I do?
Currently eight exercises are supported: running, cycling, swimming, weight training, hiking, yoga/stretching, soccer, and badminton. Pick the one closest in intensity for a rough estimate.
Is my weight or workout data saved anywhere?
No. All calculations happen entirely in your browser and nothing is stored or sent to a server.
