- How are the carb ratios determined?
- Strict Keto uses 5% of total calories from carbs, Moderate uses 10%, and Mild Low-Carb uses 20%. Carbohydrates are converted at 4 kcal per gram.
- What is the rice bowl comparison based on?
- It assumes one bowl of white rice (about 210g) contains roughly 70g of net carbs, and converts your calculated carb limit into that unit.
