FAQ

How are the carb ratios determined?
Strict Keto uses 5% of total calories from carbs, Moderate uses 10%, and Mild Low-Carb uses 20%. Carbohydrates are converted at 4 kcal per gram.
What is the rice bowl comparison based on?
It assumes one bowl of white rice (about 210g) contains roughly 70g of net carbs, and converts your calculated carb limit into that unit.
Is my data saved anywhere?
