FAQ

What does pace mean?
Pace is the time it takes to run 1 km (min:sec/km). For example, '5:00' means running 1 km in 5 minutes; the smaller the value, the faster.
How long are the half and full marathon distances?
A half marathon is 21.0975 km and a full course is 42.195 km. Pressing the preset button fills in the exact distance automatically.
Can I trust the predicted-time table as-is?
It's a simple calculation that applies your entered pace evenly across the whole distance, so treat it as a reference. In reality, hills, wind, and late-race slowdown cause differences, so use it only as a basis for goal-setting.
