How to use

  1. Adjust coffee bean weight (g) with the slider (10g to 50g).
  2. Select your target extraction ratio (1:15 recommended).
  3. Choose between the 4:6 method and standard balanced pour-over.
  4. Click 'Start Drip' and pour water up to the target scale for each step (Blooming, 1st to 4th Pour).
  5. Follow the beep sounds indicating when to move to the next pouring step.

What is the 4:6 brewing method?
Designed by World Brewers Cup champion Tetsu Kasuya, it splits the total water: 40% adjusts sweetness and acidity, while the remaining 60% adjusts body strength.
