🔒 Everything runs 100% in your browser. Your files and input are never uploaded to any server.

This self-assessment tool asks 10 questions about your feelings and experiences over the past month, then instantly shows a total score from 0 to 40 along with a low, moderate, or high stress classification. It is useful for anyone who has been feeling on edge or overwhelmed lately and wants an objective snapshot of their stress level, and every answer is calculated entirely in your browser with nothing sent to a server.

How to use

  1. Read each question and think about how often you felt that way during the past month.
  2. Click one of the five buttons, from Never to Very Often, for each question.
  3. Once all 10 questions are answered, the total score and stress level at the top update automatically.
  4. Check the description in the result card and consider rest or professional support if needed.

FAQ

Is this a medical diagnosis?
No, this tool is based on the widely used Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) for self-reflection purposes only and does not replace a medical diagnosis. If your score is high, consider speaking with a professional.
Why are some questions scored in reverse?
A few questions ask about positive feelings like confidence or control, so answering them often actually means lower stress. Those responses are reverse-scored (subtracted from 4) before being added to the total.
Are my answers saved or sent anywhere?
No, everything is calculated instantly inside your browser and is never stored or transmitted elsewhere.
