Dehydration & Hydration Balance Checker
Check your hydration status using weight, water intake, and urine output
Enter your weight, how much water you drank today, how often you urinated, and your urine color, and this tool compares your intake against what your body weight calls for and rates your hydration balance on a three-level scale. It's handy for managing thirst in hot weather or checking whether you've rehydrated enough after a workout. Everything is calculated in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.

FAQ
- How is the recommended water intake calculated?
- Your body weight in kilograms is multiplied by 30 ml to set a baseline, and your actual intake is compared against it as a percentage.
- Why does urine color matter?
- Urine color is one of the easiest at-a-glance indicators of hydration. The darker or more amber it is, the more likely you are dehydrated.
- Is any of my information saved?
- No. All calculations happen in your browser, and nothing is transmitted to or stored on a server.
